Willett Public Affairs is pleased to welcome back Esteban Maccera to the firm as Senior Vice President. Esteban brings 17 years of experience and expertise in navigating the complex landscape of government relations at both the state and local levels in New York.
Esteban has worked in legislative roles at the NYS Association of Counties, New York StateWatch, and within the NYS Legislature itself. As legislative director for two state senators, Esteban developed a deep understanding of the state budget process and policymaking. Esteban then transitioned out of government service into representing clients directly before the state and New York City, where his strategic acumen and ability to foster relationships have enabled him to achieve impactful results for clients in various industries.
